Administration, Operations & Compliance Manager

Position Overview

Become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to overseeing operational compliance and upholding regulatory standards for organizations and investment funds. This role provides an exceptional chance to enhance governance and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation process for new company formations and fund setups, as well as the ongoing management of existing companies and funds. Evaluate subscription and redemption agreements, ensuring accurate record-keeping for companies and funds. Oversee fund subscriptions and redemptions while coordinating Board and Investment Committee meetings, including the preparation of minutes and resolutions. Foster relationships with banks and brokerages, managing account openings and addressing inquiries. Supervise IT service providers to implement essential security measures and backup solutions, while also ensuring the upkeep of websites. Handle transactions involving tangible assets, including acquisition, sale, and inventory management. Aid in the onboarding of new clients and perform reviews of existing clients with an emphasis on KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF compliance. Compile and submit periodic regulatory reports to the appropriate authorities and design a risk management framework that aligns with industry best practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and evaluate potential risks, executing strategies to promote operational excellence. Facilitate internal compliance training and oversee the training schedule for staff.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting. A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in administration and operations, with a background in regulatory compliance or internal audit being a plus. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality. Capability to proactively identify and resolve client and product-related challenges. Collaborative team player with a readiness to support and assist colleagues. Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.
