Warehouse Supervisor (Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

• Lead and direct warehouse personnel, allocate responsibilities, deliver training, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Perform regular inventory assessments and create reports to facilitate planning and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain precise documentation and keep accurate records as required.
• Address emergencies and conduct daily 6S inspections to uphold a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and shipping of products in accordance with company protocols.
• Oversee inventory management, budget planning, and execute routine inventory evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Availability to travel to China for training (3-6 months) if necessary.
• 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
