Production Manager (Semiconductor Industry)

Production Engineer

• Oversee the complete production cycle, from initial planning through to final execution
• Review and submit daily production reports
• Collaborate with designers to resolve design-related challenges
• Work in tandem with planners to achieve production objectives
• Manage production expenses:
• Minimize concrete waste
• Regulate material usage to reduce waste
• Supervise workforce, establish daily production goals, and manage overtime
• Implement appropriate SOPs to ensure productivity and quality
• Conduct quality assessments to uphold production standards
• Organize machinery and materials to facilitate a seamless production process
• Oversee worker discipline, attendance, punctuality, and overall work attitude
• Collaborate with RCM for mold setup
• Ensure the timely clearance of finished products from production zones with the SY team
• Track downtime and coordinate with maintenance regarding equipment failures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
• Lead weekly toolbox discussions
• Report safety incidents to the safety team
• Provide necessary training to the team members

Production Supervisor

• Assist engineers in overseeing daily production to ensure adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks
• Supervise and assign tasks to workers; ensure compliance with SOPs
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
• Monitor and minimize material wastage
• Ensure that equipment and materials are prepared and in optimal working condition
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machines and facilities operate efficiently
• Submit daily reports and workers' attendance records
• Facilitate daily toolbox discussions
• Maintain team discipline (attendance, work ethic, etc.)
• Provide on-the-job training to team members
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Job Requirements

Senior Production Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is advantageous
• Willingness to work 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off

Production Supervisor

• Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in precast concrete production or construction site activities
• Knowledge of concrete repair and safety protocols is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
• Able to work 6 days a week
