Production Supervisor (Up to 6K / Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

• Plan and implement production activities according to the monthly production schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure that production methods adhere to quality system standards and comply with management documentation requirements.
• Develop and mentor the team, emphasizing their growth and internal training opportunities.
• Manage personnel, uphold 5S principles, and prioritize safety in the production environment to ensure an orderly and safe workplace.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking principals.
• Willingness to travel to China for training purposes (3-6 months) if required.
• Work schedule is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Must be open to working in Pasir Gudang.
