R&D Engineer (Semiconductor)

• Design and provide estimates for new products, adapting drawings for new product introductions (NPI).
• Develop and evaluate processes for new products.
• Monitor and enhance on-site production efficiency.
• Program and create prototypes for new product lines.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in Solidworks.
• Open to completing a 3-month training program in China.
• Fluent in Mandarin (to facilitate communication with China Management).
• Must be open to working in Pasir Gudang.
