Manufacturing/Process Engineer - Semiconductor Industry

• Receive and arrange customer drawings and documents, ensuring they are properly categorized and managed, while preparing comprehensive process documentation.
• Assess customer drawings in relation to internal production capabilities to guarantee precise design alignment.
• Address any questions or inconsistencies in the drawings with the customer through effective communication and document the results.
• Oversee and record product modifications, ensuring timely updates to the Bill of Materials (BOM), process cards, drawings, stencils, cutting programs, and related documentation.
• Facilitate the utilization of ERP systems and design software to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure accuracy during the review process.
• Supervise the cost calculation process, ensuring thorough and accurate cost analysis.
• Track and verify the completion of weekly Manufacturing Instruction (MI) assignments.
• Compile and present monthly technical reports for the department.
• Work closely with standardization engineers to update and enhance design specifications aligned with equipment capabilities.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering 
• Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin (To facilitate effective communication with China Management)
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor & to undergo training in China for 3-6 months
•
