Warehouse Operation

Perform tasks related to picking, packing, sorting, consolidating, and processing parts to support warehouse operations. Ensure all inventory movements are precisely documented within the SFC and SMS systems to maintain accurate stock records. Conduct thorough 3-point checks to verify product accuracy and ensure full compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Address discrepancies effectively, including damaged items, excess inventory, or shortages, to uphold inventory integrity. Collaborate proactively with internal teams through email communication to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Upload necessary compliance documentation and generate essential operational reports to support audit and tracking processes. Participate in loading and unloading activities, maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, and support shift work as needed to ensure continuous operational flow. Strictly follow ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and CTPAT standards to guarantee quality, environmental responsibility, and security compliance across all tasks.
