Warehouse Logistic Officer

1. Oversee daily operations within the warehouse and logistics sectors, encompassing the receipt, storage, distribution, and movement of project materials, equipment, and spare components.
2. Ensure precise inventory documentation and stock levels are maintained, conducting regular stock audits to guarantee effective material management and accessibility.
3. Facilitate the delivery, transportation, and mobilization of materials and equipment to align with project and site demands.
4. Engage with project teams, suppliers, vendors, and transport services to guarantee prompt delivery and appropriate handling of materials and equipment.
5. Maintain comprehensive warehouse and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, goods receipt logs, inventory reports, and records of material distribution.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials management, ideally within engineering, power generation, infrastructure, or project-based settings.
3. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination.
4. Excellent planning, coordination, record-keeping, and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
5. Prepared to work on-site at the project location in Gerik, Perak, and to adapt to project and operational necessities.
