Digital Product Manager

We are in search of an innovative Product Manager who will spearhead the comprehensive development of digital solutions aimed at enriching our network of employees, customers, and partners. This position necessitates robust collaboration across various functions, strategic insight, and effective execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, encompassing user research, roadmap creation, launch, user adoption, and iterative enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete product lifecycle: establish the vision, conduct market/user research, formulate strategies and roadmaps, and synchronize stakeholders.
• Direct product design, prototyping, sprint planning, and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, backlogs, and prioritization of features to ensure prompt and quality delivery.
• Manage testing, rollout, communication, and change management efforts to guarantee successful adoption and high levels of user satisfaction.
• Track product performance, establish success metrics, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in commercialization activities, including business planning, costing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Play a role in developing product development processes and supportive systems.
• Work collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment with overarching digital transformation objectives.
• Recruit and oversee talent as necessary to advance product initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in an agile/scrum development environment
• Proficient with project/document management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX design/wireframing tools (for example, Figma, InVision, Marvel)
• Working knowledge of technical and data architectures, with the ability to articulate their potential impact on product design
• Comprehensive understanding of core business processes (such as sales, supply chain management, and finance)
• Willingness to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
