Warehouse Assistant (Manufacturing / Senai)

• Oversee and control all inventory within the warehouse, which includes receiving shipments, processing returns, and performing inventory audits.
• Collaborate with production teams for material selection, receiving completed products, and managing the transfer of semi-finished goods and ingredients.
• Utilize WMS and SAP systems to manage inventory, ensuring precision in data and streamlined operations.
• Direct the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
• Confirm that all outgoing shipments are appropriately labeled and properly documented.
• Store and manage materials in alignment with HACCP standards, with particular attention to allergenic substances.
• Uphold a clean and safe warehouse environment, including maintenance of equipment and compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics roles.
• Familiarity with WMS or SAP systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of stock control and inventory management processes.
• Strong attention to detail in labeling, documentation, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles, particularly regarding allergenic materials.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
• Must be open to working in Senai.
