Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing / Senai)

• Implement standardized management practices for electrical systems, elevators, air-conditioning units, fire protection systems, water pumps, and other related equipment.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive equipment data files while overseeing daily operational activities.
• Monitor trends in domestic equipment management and enhance operational, maintenance, and equipment care protocols.
• Plan, oversee, and recommend enhancements to boost equipment utilization and minimize energy consumption.
• Evaluate and provide insights on the effectiveness and rationale of newly acquired or updated equipment.
• Engage in inspections of equipment, support acceptance processes, and participate in accident investigations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the installation, transformation, renewal, maintenance, and overhaul of equipment.
• Manage inspection, measurement, and testing equipment effectively.
• Supervise equipment usage to ensure safety and optimal operation, conduct site inspections, and guide team activities.
• Handle daily responsibilities such as power planning, energy conservation, safe usage practices, and water management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in equipment management or maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, elevators, air-conditioning, fire protection, and water pump systems.
• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week.
• Willingness to work in Senai.
