Sales Engineer (Fresh Graduate / Precast Mfg / Senai)

• Develop proposals, price quotations, and progress reports for ongoing work.
• Deliver technical assistance and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Facilitate communication among clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Identify potential clients and networking opportunities to broaden the customer base.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and exhibit strong organizational abilities.
• Perform site visits and monitor the progress of current projects closely.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Preference for candidates with engineering backgrounds in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, StaadPro, or equivalent software is advantageous.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply. The salary range for fresh graduates is between RM 3,000 and RM 3,500.
• Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Availability to work 5.5 days each week is required.
• Willingness to be based in Senai is necessary.
