QA Executive (Well-known MNC Food Manufacturing)

• Perform internal audits and prepare for external or regulatory audits.
• Maintain comprehensive records (such as batch records, test results, etc.).
• Guarantee traceability of all ingredients and processes involved.
• Examine incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Educate production and warehouse personnel on quality standards and hygiene protocols.
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
• Analyze customer complaints and non-conformances (conduct root cause analysis).
• Compile corrective action reports.
• Review and confirm that supplier documentation is current and adheres to regulatory and internal standards.
• Collaborate with procurement regarding non-conforming (NC) raw materials and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to communicate with China management)
• Must be open to working in Senai (near the airport)
