Production Engineer / Supervisor (Precast / Beranang)

• Manage the entire production workflow, from initial planning to final execution
• Verify and submit daily production documentation
• Collaborate with designers on design-related matters
• Work in conjunction with planners to achieve production goals
• Oversee production expenses:
• Minimize concrete waste
• Regulate material usage and prevent excess waste
• Supervise workforce, establish daily production objectives, and manage overtime
• Implement standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and quality
• Conduct quality assessments to uphold production standards
• Arrange necessary machinery and materials for a seamless production process
• Oversee worker discipline, attendance, punctuality, and overall work ethic
• Coordinate with RCM for mold preparation activities
• Ensure the timely removal of finished products from production zones with the SY team
• Track equipment downtime and coordinate with maintenance on repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Facilitate weekly toolbox meetings
• Report any safety incidents to the safety team
• Offer training to team members as required

Production Supervisor

• Assist engineers in overseeing daily production to adhere to schedules and quality benchmarks
• Supervise and assign tasks to staff; ensure compliance with SOPs
• Conduct quality inspections during production processes
• Monitor and mitigate material waste
• Ensure equipment and materials are prepared and in optimal condition
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machines and facilities operate efficiently
• Submit daily reporting and staff timesheets
• Hold daily toolbox meetings
• Enforce team discipline (attendance, work attitude, etc.)
• Provide on-the-job training to team members
• Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe working environment

Job Requirements

Senior Production Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is advantageous
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off

Production Supervisor

• Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in precast concrete production or construction site operations
• Knowledge of concrete repair and safety protocols is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Availability to work 6 days a week
