A typical day for an Infoscion
In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various stages of project execution, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and deployment design.
Your responsibilities will include researching alternative solutions through literature reviews, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and more.
Additionally, you will develop proof of concepts (POCs).
You will formulate requirement specifications based on business needs, establish the desired processes, and create detailed functional designs that align with these requirements.
Your role will also involve assisting in the configuration of solution requirements on the products, diagnosing any issues, identifying root causes, seeking clarifications, and evaluating potential solution alternatives.
Moreover, you will participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills
5 to 12 years of overall IT industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions for Life Sciences clients.
Strong familiarity with the Life Sciences domain is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the Veeva tool's functionalities is required.
Experience in the US Life Sciences market is preferred.
Proven track record of leading development teams, collaborating with client teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), and guiding them through the project lifecycle.

Capability to engage with clients to pinpoint business challenges and enhance client deliverables through data refinement, analysis, and structuring.
Awareness of current technologies and industry trends.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective collaboration skills.
Proficient in assessing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing technological solutions.
Knowledge in one or two specific industry domains is advantageous.
