• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape engineering strategy and enable modernization initiatives across Treasury, Wholesale Banking, and Digital Services platforms.
• Establish and execute strategic technology direction that aligns with enterprise goals and applicable standards.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation priorities and solution selection.
• Lead end-to-end oversight of design, development, implementation, and support for scalable software solutions.
• Assess and recommend build-versus-buy approaches, outsourcing strategies, and cloud adoption when appropriate.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle for technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and enterprise objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver enterprise-wide solutions with measurable impact.
• Develop and manage budgets to support financial and operational objectives.
• Lead and mentor senior engineering teams, including performance management and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle to ensure scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks while maintaining compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
