Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage data analysis to create strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and inform business decisions.
• Identify, design, oversee, and conduct analyses to reveal opportunities, while delivering written business recommendations.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to fulfill business requirements effectively.
• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships, adapting existing data and digital solutions/technologies, including RCA/RPA Methodology development. Adhere to established project methods and drive operational controls across all projects and teams.
• Ensure critical metrics for the Experience Excellence Services are achieved. Collect customer feedback and pinpoint areas for optimization. Recognize and address risks related to Business Services supporting business processes.
• Lead initiatives to discover opportunities, gather high-level requirements, conduct system impact analysis, and collaborate with customer teams to identify and craft business cases, securing sponsorship as needed. Ensure insights from Experience Analytics are shared with relevant partners.
• Oversee the complete process related to PR creation, approval, and PO amendments. Core responsibilities include managing relationships with various stakeholders such as Corp AP, Accounting, Payroll, Vendor Management, and global Client employees.
• Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of spend data, process inflow, and invoice-related inquiries to identify areas for process improvement.
• Generate process metrics by analyzing data and delivering in-depth analysis on primary contributors.
• Foster effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment among both Global and India teams.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA) with 3-5 years of experience in Procurement Operations and/or Accounts Payable.
• Experience in the P2P process within large multinational corporations is essential.
• Strong focus on Stakeholder Relationship Management (both Internal and External).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with large data sets.
• Exceptional communication and data presentation skills.
