Capability to deconstruct problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Skill in distinguishing between the core problem and its symptoms
Experience managing issues that necessitate collaboration with others for resolution
Ability to make sound decisions promptly
Careful assessment of alternative risks and solutions prior to action
Maximization of all available resources
Development of solutions that align with business needs while showcasing a clear understanding of corporate, departmental, and business unit objectives, practices, and procedures
Skills
The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in SAS, particularly within the DWBI domain.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise
Proficient experience with ETL processes and extracting data from dimensional data models and data warehouses
Strong background in relational databases and data access techniques, especially SQL
Exceptional collaboration and cross-functional leadership abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic, collaborative setting
Adept at leveraging data resources to address complex inquiries that require prompt responses
