Trade Marketing Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement annual trade marketing and shopper activation strategies in partnership with the Sales Lead. Ensure comprehensive execution by coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, aligning all activities with established timelines, retailer specifications, and budget constraints. Oversee the creation and deployment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), managing the entire process with design agencies, printers, and retailers. Ensure that marketing materials comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining a well-organized repository of approved assets. Coordinate daily interactions between trade marketing contacts and the Sales Lead, while managing the execution across significant retail partners. Track retail execution, providing consistent updates on progress, potential risks, and opportunities to improve decision-making. Aid in the execution and alignment of commercial objectives and channel initiatives by developing presentations and activation support materials. Perform audits and assessments of distribution, visibility, and shopper experiences within retail settings. Leverage AI tools to generate video and static content for social media, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and market demands.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or similar fields. Demonstrated success in managing POSM adaptation and retail execution. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-driven productivity tools. Experience with diverse retail and distribution channels is a plus. Familiarity with sectors such as Health & Wellness, Consumer Healthcare, and FMCG is preferred.
