Technical Program Product Manager

Summary:

This role focuses on leading end-to-end business process analysis and facilitating requirements gathering workshops with multiple stakeholders. The position includes assessing business requirements and delivering integrated solutions for SAP customers, overseeing SAP system integration design, and building reliable SAP Supply Chain solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate all business requirements, then develop solutions that deliver an integrated approach for SAP customers.
• Design and manage integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA systems, including ATP, GATP, inventory, production data, and master data flows.
• Architect scalable, robust, and high-performance SAP Supply Chain solutions, producing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
• Configure and customize essential SAP modules, including Master Data, MRP, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing, Inventory Management, ASN, and Capacity Planning.
• Guarantee smooth integration between core SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO and operational planning and supply chain processes.
• Create and oversee end-to-end data migration plans for master and transactional data coming from legacy systems.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP development and a solid understanding of SAP modules including Finance, MM, PP, QM, SD, PLM, and APO.
• Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.

Education & Qualifications:

• Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques is a plus.
• Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions is advantageous.
