Technical Lead

Job Summary

This hybrid Technical Lead position is centered on designing and delivering advanced o9 planning solutions for hi tech and online businesses within a global MNC setting. The successful candidate will leverage expertise across o9 supply chain master planning, demand planning, supply chain analytics, O9 MEIO, and Python to create scalable planning ecosystems. The role is hands on, with a strong emphasis on configuration, analytical modeling, and close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end to end o9 supply chain master planning implementations to optimize supply demand balance and improve service levels across hi tech and online channels.

Design and configure o9 demand planning workflows that improve forecast accuracy and enable proactive scenario planning for rapidly changing digital market conditions.

Create and maintain advanced supply chain analytics models in o9 to deliver actionable insights across inventory health, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment performance.

Develop O9 MEIO configurations that systematically reduce excess inventory while safeguarding availability metrics across multiple nodes and regions.

Implement Python based data pipelines and analytical scripts to enhance o9 planning models with external data and improve automation quality.

Work with planners, operations teams, and finance partners to translate business requirements into o9 planning designs that support organizational goals.

Verify data quality and planning outputs by establishing controls, reconciliation checks, and monitoring dashboards to ensure dependable planning results.

Coordinate solution testing by building test scenarios, documenting results, and refining configurations based on user feedback.

Create functional and technical documentation that records design decisions, configuration details, and standard operating procedures for long term reuse.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning performance metrics and recommending enhancements to model parameters and processes.

Promote user adoption through training sessions, knowledge sharing clinics, and hypercare support during new o9 solution rollouts.

Ensure hybrid work practices are followed by maintaining clear communication, progress updates, and collaboration routines with distributed stakeholders.

Support alignment with company sustainability and societal impact goals by designing planning solutions that reduce waste, improve supply resilience, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Have between six and nine years of experience in planning technology roles, with a primary focus on o9 supply chain master planning and demand planning solutions.

Demonstrate hands on proficiency in configuring o9 supply chain analytics and O9 MEIO components for complex multi echelon hi tech and online networks.

Show strong Python programming skills for data transformation, scenario modeling, and integration activities related to o9 platforms.

Possess solid domain knowledge of hi tech and online business models, including short product lifecycles, rapid demand shifts, and global supply constraints.

Exhibit strong problem solving abilities, with the capability to turn ambiguous planning challenges into structured analytical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Communicate clearly and inclusively with both technical and non technical stakeholders to explain planning concepts, insights, and options.

Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work arrangements by using collaboration tools and structured routines to sustain high productivity and stakeholder engagement.
