AIML Solution Architect

Role responsibilities

1. Collaborate with account and sales teams to understand customer needs and create tailored AIML & GenAI solutions aligned to client business objectives

2. Work with both current and potential clients to deliver AIML-based technical solutions and conduct platform/product demonstrations

3. Own the technical development of AIML and GenAI responses for RFPs/RFIs and present the proposed technical approach during customer oral presentations (In-Person/Virtual)

4. Architect and design sophisticated analytical applications including Forecasting, Prediction, Segmentation, Optimization, Computer Vision, Speech, and Text Analytics using suitable AIML tools & technologies across major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

5. Create GenAI solutions that enhance existing AIML applications and develop new capabilities to solve customer challenges using First Party, Third Party, and Open Source LLMs

6. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers to implement 'Responsible AI' practices throughout the organization

7. Continuously track the latest industry trends and emerging AI technologies, and deliver thought leadership to senior management and CxO stakeholders

8. Provide technical advisory and guidance to customers, as well as pre-sales and delivery teams, covering AIML/GenAI platforms and solution design

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to explain complex AIML concepts to technical and executive audiences using PPTs, Demos, and Whiteboard

2. Deep expertise in designing AIML and GenAI solutions on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS and GCP)

3. Proven strength in managing large and complex RFPs/RFIs and coordinating with multiple service lines & platform vendors in a fast-paced environment

4. Excellent relationship-building skills, along with the ability to provide technical advisory and guidance

5. Experience working as a Solution Architect designing and developing AIML applications

6. Hands-on experience building Agentic and GenAI applications using Large Language Models

7. Experience as a Solution Architect in a pre-sales organization, leading the sales process from a technical solution perspective

8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field
