Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process at Silk Board, Bangalore.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Account Management or Outbound Calling preferred
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards is an advantage
• English + Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Tamil required
• Age limit: Up to 36 years
• Immediate joiners preferred

Shift: Rotational Shift

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Cab Facility: Not Available
