Job Description:

• Seeking a Technical Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams and actively participate in technical discussions. This position focuses on the overlap of technology, delivery, and people leadership—distinct from purely project management roles and not purely architecture-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
• Ensure delivery excellence by driving timelines and quality outcomes
• Serve as a connector between business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams
• Participate in technical discussions, validate proposed solutions, and challenge design decisions
• Coach teams on best practices and standards across Coding, DevOps, release management, security, and scalability
• Maintain team productivity, engagement, and performance management

Must-Have Skills

• Strong technical foundation, preferably developed through a development or engineering background
• Must show a commitment to staying technically relevant
• Proven experience managing technical teams and overseeing delivery
• Ability to engage in architecture discussions and validate technical solutions
• Experience delivering applications in complex ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with stakeholders

Must have

• Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and fundamental system design concepts
• Experience delivering in Agile environments
