Position Overview:

Develop and enhance contemporary digital solutions utilizing Sitecore CMS along with the Microsoft technology ecosystem
In this position, you will create scalable web applications, craft engaging content-driven experiences, and integrate enterprise systems to facilitate seamless customer journeys

Primary Responsibilities:

Sitecore Development
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and digital experiences utilizing Sitecore CMS and .NET technologies
Create and customize Sitecore components, templates, rendering, and content structures
Develop scalable and reusable solutions that align with business needs
Content Management Integration
Configure Sitecore content architecture, workflows, and personalization features
Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
Assist with content migration, deployment, and multi-site implementations
Testing and Support
Conduct testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance enhancements
Support deployment, release, and environment management activities
Conduct root cause analysis to ensure application stability and reliability
Collaboration and Quality Assurance
Engage in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development best practices
Work alongside business QA and cross-functional teams to deliver superior digital solutions

Essential Qualifications
Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA
3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with substantial hands-on experience in GCP
Strong working knowledge of Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes
Excellent troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of SDLC, and the capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
