Job Title: International Voice Process – Travel Sector

Job Overview:

We are seeking candidates for the position of International Voice Process in the Travel sector. The perfect applicant will possess excellent English communication abilities and have previous experience working in an international BPO voice environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer calls related to international travel processes.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure professional communication and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Efficiently address customer concerns while adhering to process and quality benchmarks.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade completed.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in International Voice BPO is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Job Specifications:

• Compensation: Up to ₹26,000 Take Home
• Transportation: 2-way cab service within 20 km
