Overview
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals to become part of our team as Banking Voice Process Executives. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those at the entry level aiming to launch their careers in the banking industry. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting clients with their banking requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively and professionally manage customer inquiries and complaints through voice communication.
- Deliver precise information concerning banking products and services.
- Support customers with account management and transaction-related questions.
- Quickly resolve issues and escalate more complex cases to the relevant department.
- Ensure customer confidentiality and comply with all relevant policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or a regional language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
- Fundamental knowledge of banking products and services.
- Competent in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach and a positive demeanor.
Banking Voice Process
Inbound/ Outbound calls
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
Freshers & Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration (9 Hrs)
(Day shift only for females)
Language Proficiency: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam
Salary Details:
16,500TH, 20K CTC
Malayalam speakers will receive an additional 1,800 allowance
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3600 will be disbursed quarterly
(i.e., 1200/month)
Banking Non Voice Process (Email)
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
*Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with appropriate documentation.
Must possess excellent English fluency and typing skills.
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration (9 Hrs)
(Day shift only for females)
Salary Information:
20TH, 25k CTC
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3600 will be disbursed quarterly
(i.e., 1200/month)
