ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to spearhead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, ServiceNow Integrations, Discovery, and Virtual Agent, with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions.
• Establish platform strategy, governance, best practices, and technical standards.
• Architect and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead CMDB strategy and execution, including data modelling, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management initiatives.
• Design and improve Service Catalog offerings, automated workflows, and self-service functionality.
• Build and refine Virtual Agent solutions to enhance overall user experience.
• Oversee integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and APIs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural direction and technical mentorship to development and administration teams.
• Maintain platform performance, security, scalability, and adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Assist with platform upgrades, modernization efforts, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management.
• Strong experience in Service Catalog design and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Experience in Virtual Agent development and conversational workflow design.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Policies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformation projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should combine strong architectural ability with hands-on technical expertise and proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations. They must be able to work effectively with business stakeholders while providing clear technical direction to development and administration teams.
