We are looking for an International Voice Process Associate to become a part of our vibrant team in India. The successful candidate should possess 1-4 years of experience in a related position, with a focus on managing customer interactions and delivering outstanding service to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international voice calls while providing exceptional customer support.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain professionalism during all communications with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets established by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with quick thinking skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
* Educational Qualification: PUC (+2) / Any Degree
* Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice
* Proficient in English Communication
* Versant Level 6
* 24/7 Rotational Shifts
* 5 Working Days
* Two-way Cab Facility
* Work from Office
* CTC: Up to ₹34,000/month
* Take Home: Up to ₹28,000
