Documentum Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Main Duties
• Develop, customize, and sustain Documentum-based solutions that meet both business and compliance requirements.
• Configure and support Documentum repositories, including object types, lifecycles, ACLs, and document management standards.
• Create and optimize workflows, job automation, and content processing to boost operational efficiency.
• Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement long-term solutions and performance enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver enhancements in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and release support to ensure stable deliveries.
• Collaborate with teams to discover opportunities for applying AI to improve content discovery, tagging, and summarization use cases.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Business Administration with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing and supporting solutions utilizing Documentum.
• Solid understanding of content management principles, including metadata, security, versioning, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in a delivery-focused environment involving requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support tasks.
