Technical Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the IT technical team, fostering a culture of strong support and collaboration.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure throughout the organization.
• Protect the organization’s data and IT systems by implementing robust security measures and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to evaluate their technical requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
• Direct all phases of IT projects, from initiation to execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Continuously assess IT system performance to guarantee optimal operation and efficiency.
• Develop, revise, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Stay informed about new technologies and innovations to improve IT capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a comparable technical leadership position.
• Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and system operations.
• Practical experience with project and service management methodologies such as ITIL or PMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
• Good grasp of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
