Position – Technical Executive

• Location – 62 Loyang Wy, Singapore 508770
• Employment Type – 1 Year Contract via Net2Source Payroll
• Work Arrangement – Onsite
• Commencement Date – 1 Sep 2026
• Working Hours – Rotational Shifts, 5 days per week

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Overtime Compensation = SGD 30 per hour / Public Holidays = SGD 40 per hour

Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and early-career individuals to assist with ERP/MES implementation initiatives in manufacturing settings. This role encompasses support for system configuration, testing, data validation, user assistance, and implementation processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with ERP/MES implementation and deployment tasks.
• Collect business requirements and aid in solution configuration.
• Conduct testing, data validation, and quality assurance checks.
• Facilitate user training and activities following go-live.
• Identify and resolve issues while providing support to end-users.
• Keep project documentation and process records up to date.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Engage in project meetings and initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or academic exposure in ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not essential.
