Technical Account Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager with 8–10 years of work experience focused on SASE, including customer executive engagement and objection handling. You should have strong practical product knowledge in SASE, ideally with platforms such as Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Netskope, Cisco Secure Access, or comparable solutions.

Experience & Mindset

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar roles supporting enterprise networks.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing large enterprise networks in real time.
• The “Hybrid Mindset”: Combine the analytical approach of an Operations Lead with the “code-first” troubleshooting and problem-solving skills of an Engineer.
• AI & Automation Adopter: A forward-thinking professional with a proven ability to adopt artificial intelligence and build automation that removes repetitive tasks, streamlines workflows, and improves internal process efficiency.
• A demonstrated history of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Technical Proficiency

• SASE Ecosystem Expertise: Advanced understanding of the full SASE ecosystem, including SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, CASB, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and advanced routing protocols such as BGP.
• Proven knowledge of the Security Life Cycle / Attack Life Cycle, including experience using security products to prevent network attacks and data breaches.
• Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with CRM/CS platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, SSL/IPSec VPNs, PKI, and troubleshooting tools including tcpdump and Wireshark.
• In-depth understanding of NOC/SOC operational requirements, the Security/Attack Life Cycle, and Sandboxing technologies.
• Certifications: SSE, PCNSE, CCNP, CCSP, and CISSP certifications are highly preferred.
