Position: L1 Production Support Analyst – Application Monitoring
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Contract duration: 12 Months renewable
Experience : 3+ Years in Production support
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution delivery, preferably within the insurance or financial services domain.
Experience in L1 application support, production monitoring, and incident management.
Knowledge of SOP-driven operations and escalation procedures.
Basic familiarity with Java Spring Boot and SQL Server is a strong advantage.
Experience with Dynatrace or comparable application monitoring tools is highly desirable.
Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, REST APIs, MongoDB, Node.js, and related application technologies is beneficial.
