Position: L2 Application Production Support – DXC Integral Life
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Contract duration: 12 Months renewable
Experience: 3+ Years in Production support
Only Locals no visa support
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in application production support.
Mandatory hands-on experience supporting the Java-based version of DXC Integral Life.
Strong technical troubleshooting, incident management and root cause analysis capabilities.
Experience supporting complex insurance applications in production environments.
Ability to investigate application logs, batch processes, interfaces and transaction-related issues.
Experience coordinating with external application vendors and L2/L3 technical teams.
Familiarity with other DXC Integral products is an advantage.
