Finance Solution Architect

location: Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 6+ years ERP Finance Implementation: Minimum 3 full-cycle ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP Finance transformation initiatives.
• Develop finance architecture, including Chart of Accounts and entity structures.
• Oversee processes across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, R2R, P2P and O2C.
• Lead finance discovery and solution design workshops with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Manage SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover activities and successful go-live.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency and consolidation requirements.
• Lead teams of 3–8 consultants and coordinate delivery across multiple projects.
• Drive presales activities including solution proposals, project estimation and client presentation.
• Coach consultants and promote finance transformation best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or other recognised ERP systems.
• Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge.
• 3+ end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Finance solution architecture expertise and functional configuration capability.
• Knowledge of Malaysian SST, withholding tax and LHDN e-Invoicing.
• Experience managing stakeholders and teams.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Oracle NetSuite.
• Oracle EPM.
• Manufacturing costing and project accounting experience.
• Bank integration and invoice automation exposure.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent qualification.
