System Engineer/Infra Engineer - Mandarin

We’re looking for a skilled System Infra Engineer to administer and troubleshoot enterprise server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms and cloud environments. The successful candidate will bring strong Windows Server administration expertise, solid networking fundamentals, and practical experience working with at least one virtualization platform or cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems.

Monitor server availability, performance, resource utilization, and overall system health.

Troubleshoot operating system issues, review logs, and resolve infrastructure incidents.

Manage server configuration, patching, updates, access management, and system maintenance.

Administer virtualization environments using VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.

Support cloud infrastructure on AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues involving DNS, DHCP, and related network services.

Support storage technologies and data protection solutions, including NAS, SAN, RAID, and NFS, where applicable.

Support backup, restore, and recovery activities, and help maintain enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault.

Coordinate with networking, storage, cloud, and application teams to resolve technical issues.

Adhere to incident management, change management, security, and operational support procedures.

Mandatory Skills

Windows Server Administration: Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems.

Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

Virtualization: Hands-on experience with at least one virtualization platform:

oVMware

oMicrosoft Hyper-V

Cloud: Experience with or hands-on work in at least one cloud platform:

oAWS

oMicrosoft Azure

Troubleshooting: Strong OS-level troubleshooting and log analysis capabilities.

Language: Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
