Supply Chain Operations Executive (Industrial Solutions)

About the Role:

Adecco is working with a well-established multinational organisation in the industrial supply chain and onsite logistics industry, providing inventory and operational services across Singapore.

We are recruiting a Supply Chain Operations Executive (Industrial Solutions) to manage day-to-day onsite operations, oversee inventory administration, coordinate with customers, and provide operational support. This position suits individuals who enjoy engaging with stakeholders, coordinating operational work, and solving problems in a customer-facing environment.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: West Region (company transport provided)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily onsite operational activities and manage inventory
• Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, and operational concerns
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery
• Attend customer meetings and assist with operational improvement initiatives
• Keep operational records up to date and monitor KPI performance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
• Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
