Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

This is a critical, time-sensitive opportunity for a Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management to join our team in Coimbatore. We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive professional to support the resilient and secure operation of our hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on network and contact center systems.

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and administer advanced network infrastructure solutions, applying deep expertise in Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches and Juniper DC/Branches Routers and Switches.
• Administer and enhance NICE Contact Center environments to ensure uninterrupted service, high availability, and an outstanding user experience.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for network and infrastructure components, including architecture diagrams, IP schemes, and configuration standards.
• Continuously monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and execute advanced troubleshooting to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues rapidly across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Own incident response for critical infrastructure outages, ensuring fast troubleshooting, timely resolution, and thorough post-incident analysis to avoid repeat incidents.
• Apply and enforce robust security policies, network segmentation, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
• Ensure secure integration between cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises data centers by managing connectivity, data movement, and hybrid solution architecture.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, coordinate hardware/software lifecycle activities, and manage patching and upgrade programs for network and contact center systems.
• Actively support change management, scheduled maintenance windows, and on-call rotations to meet 24/7 operational requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with operational audit requirements, ensure accurate change records, and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale environments using formal ITSM, security, audit, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, urgent environment.
• Experience working with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure integration approaches.
