QNXT – US Healthcare

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with US Healthcare operations utilizing the QNXT platform.
• Process healthcare transactions and activities in accordance with business specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Execute precise data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing tasks within the QNXT system.
• Examine and address discrepancies and exceptions related to processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and turnaround time objectives.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations, client guidelines, and process compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Contribute to process enhancements and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.

Essential Skills

• Required: Proven experience with QNXT in the US Healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work during US shifts.
• Capability to work remotely while ensuring necessary connectivity.

Experience Level

• SPE: 1.6–4 years of relevant industry experience.
• SME: 4.5–6 years of relevant industry experience.
