Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• As a member of the Infosys Equinox team, your main responsibility will be to facilitate effective Design Development Validation and Support activities, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service in the technology sector.
• Area of Responsibility
• The Project Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a project, starting from the proposal phase through to project completion. This includes building the project team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing, and reporting on project status.
• Manage project risks and guarantee successful delivery and implementation, taking full ownership of team performance and management within the project to maintain the highest service standards for clients in their specific technology and service domains, adhering to the company's guidelines, policies, and standards.
• Proposals Lead the generation of proposals, prepare and review estimations, gather insights from stakeholders, and coordinate required approvals to secure project wins.
• Project Scoping and Planning Oversee project scope and baselines to ensure compliance with delivery standards.
• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimation Review estimates in alignment with organizational objectives and communicate with all stakeholders to strategize the necessary budget and resources for successful project execution.
• Resource Planning Create a Resource Plan that encompasses personnel, workspace, and infrastructure, collaborating with necessary groups to meet project resource needs.
• Scheduling Develop a comprehensive project schedule, establish baselines, and manage any changes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Quality Planning Define quality objectives and processes, comply with internal quality mandates, plan team training, develop and execute quality reviews within the project plan, and offer recommendations.
• Risk Planning Formulate a risk management strategy that clearly identifies potential risks and mitigation plans, addressing both technical and non-technical project issues through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation.

Technical Requirements:
