• Review logs and debug the issue
• Troubleshoot and triage the problem
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for resolution
• Ensure service restoration or arrange for a remedy
• Initiate bridge calls for major incidents (P1)
• Monitor issues until they are resolved
• Coordinate with necessary stakeholders for root cause and corrective preventive actions
