Facilities Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of management control for facilities at the NTT DATA site during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent communication with the client team and exceed key performance indicators through proactive engagement.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Lead and manage high-performing facility management teams.
• Interface seamlessly with the NTT DATA Real Estate team and demonstrate leadership and innovation.
• Develop client-specific procedures in consultation with the Account Manager and ensure proper implementation.
• Support implementation of both short and long-term facilities-related projects.
• Create and execute the annual management plan and track performance indicators.
• Deliver regular reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) and analyze service delivery metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, and development planning with direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and planned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee energy conservation, utility management, and risk mitigation procedures through inspections.
• Implement proactive maintenance programs to prevent critical equipment failures.
• Train on-site teams on safety, equipment usage, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure statutory compliance for fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain crisis management and business continuity protocols.
• Manage the equipment database and track maintenance history.
• Contribute to monthly client reports and energy-saving strategies.
• Promote best practices and team collaboration to achieve contractual targets.
• Develop tools to measure technical performance of the facilities team.
