FACETS – US Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in US Healthcare operations utilizing the FACETS platform.
• Manage healthcare transactions and processing activities in alignment with business needs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Execute precise data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing within the FACETS system.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and exceptions related to processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and turnaround-time benchmarks.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations, client directives, and process compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams for troubleshooting and escalation of issues.
• Facilitate process enhancements and ensure thorough documentation is maintained.

Required Skills

• Essential: Practical experience with FACETS in the US Healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Willingness to work in US time zones.
• Flexibility to work from the office based on business needs.

Experience Band

• SPE: 1.6–4 years of applicable experience.
• SME: 4.5–6 years of applicable experience.
