About the Role: LTM is hiring a Specialist - Cloud Engineering to own the digital workplace and end-user services strategy. The role focuses on delivering scalable hybrid cloud capabilities, strengthening endpoint collaboration, and enabling virtual workspaces that improve enterprise productivity and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Set the digital workplace vision, service portfolio, reference architecture, roadmap, standards, and an experience-driven operating model across enterprise environments.


• Architect endpoint management approaches for Windows, macOS, mobile, rugged devices, kiosks, and shared devices using both on-premises and cloud-native management platforms.


• Design and oversee Microsoft 365 (or equivalent) productivity services, including collaboration, email, meeting room experiences, telephony integration, file sharing, and user adoption.


• Drive modern management practices such as Autopilot (or equivalent) provisioning, application packaging, software distribution, patching, compliance, endpoint analytics, and device lifecycle management.


• Design VDI/DaaS and application virtualization solutions across on-premises platforms and cloud services, including profile identity, image management, capacity, and resilience patterns.


• Integrate zero trust, conditional access, encryption, DLP, endpoint detection, least privilege, secure browser, and compliance controls in partnership with security teams.


• Oversee OEMs, software vendors, managed service providers, licensing contracts, adoption financials, and service-level outcomes to maximize enterprise value.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

• Proven command of endpoint management solutions, including Citrix XenApp-Xendesktop, UEM-based software distribution, patching, configuration, device compliance, and lifecycle management.


• Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Suites of Products, including email, meetings, collaboration, file sharing, and user adoption methodologies.


• Practical experience designing and implementing virtual workspace architectures such as VDI, DaaS, application virtualization, user profiles, image management, capacity planning, and continuous user experience improvement.


• Strong understanding of identity security frameworks including Active Directory, cloud identity, MFA, conditional access, EDR, encryption, DLP, and privileged endpoint governance.


• Solid experience leading enterprise strategy, architecture, governance, transformation initiatives, vendor management, and delivering executive-level communication.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with hands-on experience in complex enterprise environments.


• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator or Architect, Azure Virtual Desktop (or equivalent VDI certification), ITIL Foundation, or Security/Identity credentials.


• Advanced knowledge of digital workplace services, plus outstanding analytical skills, troubleshooting ability, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
