Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• As a member of the Infosys Equinox team, your main responsibility will be to facilitate effective Design Development Validation and Support activities, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service in the technology sector.
• Area of Responsibility
• Product definition: Comprehend market and customer needs to collaboratively define the product with business
• requirements
• Gain an in-depth understanding of end users and clients to document
• customer business functions and processes
• Product development: Ensure the seamless transfer of client requests and information from product managers to
• create accurate and error-free development stories
• Collaborate with architects and PMs to define the scope of the build or project
• Engage with the technology team to communicate the business aspects of the
• solution
• Product testing: Conduct basic acceptance testing
• Review Test cases and carry out Functional
• and User Acceptance Testing
• Communication Coordination: Clearly communicate and clarify requirements to the development
• and testing teams
• Work closely with teams to maintain project timelines
• Release Scoping: Execute the release plan in collaboration with Engineering UI documentation
• teams, addressing any stakeholder inquiries throughout the process
• Effectively manage change requests and ensure proper documentation, testing, and sign-offs are obtained as per process
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with end users and clients to help them understand changes and new
• solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through information systems and assist in preparing proposals for new systems or operational adjustments
• Documentation: Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements
• specifications (SRS), and other functional documentation
• Provide support in release notes and
• documentation related to the same
• Training: Develop training materials and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned
• modules
• Consistently assist users in gaining product knowledge

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in the eCommerce domain, client-facing consulting skills, roadmap program management, AI and GenAI knowledge, foundational hands-on experience with AI tools, rapid
• prototyping, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities
