Software Engineer

Position Overview:

A leading global organization is in search of an experienced Enterprise Architect to facilitate a significant ERP transformation project, migrating legacy systems to an advanced cloud-based infrastructure.

Primary Duties

• Ensure that solution designs adhere to the principles of enterprise architecture and the organization's standards.

• Engage in architecture review sessions, providing strategic insights to project delivery teams.

• Recognize and address risks associated with technical debt and architectural inconsistencies.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project delivery units, and operations, to guarantee that architectural choices align with long-term business goals.

• Promote effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Assess and validate architecture and integration designs for core ERP systems and related platforms.

• Maintain uniformity in integration patterns, data flows, and security measures.

• Evaluate architectural risks and create risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with pertinent teams.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards, encompassing data governance and security protocols.

• Examine the implications of proposed alterations on the current architectural landscape.

• Offer recommendations to manage complexity, enhance scalability, and address interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience with ERP systems, possessing extensive functional expertise in order management and pricing.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial and logistics integration within enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated success in directing ERP transformation or migration initiatives, preferably in multinational settings.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across various time zones.
