Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs and develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases for SAP PP and QM functionalities
• Conduct Functional Integration System Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assess production planning workflows, including MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Capacity Planning
• Examine Quality Management procedures such as Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, and Audit Management
• Verify the integration of SAP PP and QM with other modules including MM, SD, WM, EWM, PM, and FICO
• Implement end-to-end business process testing within manufacturing and quality assurance domains
• Document, monitor, and re-evaluate defects utilizing defect management tools
• Work in partnership with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to resolve issues
• Create test execution reports, defect summaries, and test closure documentation
• Assist in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, support, and upgrade initiatives

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Solution Manager
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Preferred Skills
• Background in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience with SAP automation tools like Tosca, Worksoft, or Selenium
• Insight into manufacturing and quality assurance business processes
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments
• SAP PP or QM functional knowledge certification is advantageous
