PLM Teamcenter Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are on the lookout for a seasoned PLM Teamcenter Consultant, bringing 5 to 9 years of specialized experience in the implementation, customization, administration, and support of Siemens Teamcenter.
• The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, integration, customization, data migration, and PLM processes to effectively support enterprise product lifecycle management efforts.

Primary Duties:

• Implement, customize, and provide support for Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
• Engage extensively with BMIDE, Workflows, Access Manager, Organization Structure, and Business Rules.
• Create tailored solutions utilizing ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace, AWC, and Teamcenter APIs.
• Take part in Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployment initiatives.
• Configure and manage Teamcenter environments for development, testing, and production stages.
• Evaluate business requirements and design PLM solutions that align with engineering processes.
• Conduct data migration validation and system integration tasks.
• Facilitate the integration of Teamcenter with CAD tools including NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks.
• Identify application issues and conduct root cause analysis for troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively with business users, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and training materials for users.
• Assist in change management, release management, and governance activities for the system.

Technical Qualifications:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM.
• Extensive knowledge in BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Data Model configuration.
• Practical experience with ITK, SOA, RAC Customization, and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Proficiency in Teamcenter Administration and Environment Management.
• Familiarity with Product Structure Management, Change Management, and Document Management.
• Experience with Teamcenter integration with ERP and CAD systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of SQL database concepts and server-side configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Duties:

• Experience in Teamcenter Upgrade and Migration projects.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
• Proficiency in Java, C, JavaScript, or Web Services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Teamcenter Visualization and Reporting.
