Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will dive deep into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of proposal documents, contributing to solution design based on your expertise to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, setting up the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will facilitate solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with client budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial guidelines.
• Lead small projects effectively and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Profile Management, Recruiting, ELM, and Security, with a strong emphasis on Payroll and Security.
• Proficiency in DFF and Fusion Fast Formula is essential.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence and practical experience in this area is required.
• Experience with BI and OTBI reports is a must.
• Proven track record in Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• High-level understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll tables is necessary.

• Skilled in collaborating with clients to discern business challenges and enhance client deliverables through the analysis and structuring of relevant data.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Competency in evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
• Possession of knowledge in one or two industry domains.
